Tactics Management is a third party administrator (TPA). We provide and manage drug and alcohol testing and drug free workplace programs for employers.

We coordinate and manage the entire process of specimen collection, breathe alcohol testing, lab testing and the review and reporting by the Medical Review Officer (MRO).

Tactics Management provides these services to keep you in compliance with State, Federal and DOT laws and regulations.

We are certified as a C/TPA (Consortium/Third Party Administrator) by DATIA. DATIA (Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association) ensures TPAs have a specific standard of operating procedures, holding the highest possible standards of professionalism and quality control in the drug and alcohol testing industry, and develop and oversee education, certification, and accreditation programs for the drug and alcohol testing industry.

They ensure TPAs have knowledge and standard operating procedures to keep their clients in compliance with State, Federal and DOT testing laws and regulations.
