I graduated from Le Cordé On Blue at the Scottsdale Culinary Institute and trained under Hodi Kamigawa of Esoji's Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar. I helped open Miyamoto's, a sushi bar in Portland, OR, and created the menu for the Raw bar at The Scottsdale Station In Scottsdale, Arizona. I have been the Executive Sushi Chef of 4 sushi restaurants. My style is Pacific Rim Fusion; I take local ingredients and blend my sushi background with my classic training to create healthy, beautiful, and delicious food. I can tailor meals for you to prepare and cook at home that are simple and fresh. I can also personally come to your home and prepare the meals for you.
