After losing 50lbs, getting pregnant with my 4th child, gaining it all back and then some I am on a journey to fitness freedom. I am a firm believer in self education and natural awareness. I have successfully lost over 160lbs with Gastric Sleeve, I have over 10 years experience in health and fitness, and I am a single mom of 4 living children and 5 miscarriages. Much of what I know I have learned on my own or through education and training. I am always open to more information, learning and HELPING others to live happier and healthier lives.
