We feature Capital Beer in as much of our cooking as we can. We bread our delicious fish fry and cheese curds in our Supper Club beer batter. Our beer cheese soup features Capital Amber. The Capital Dark Lager is used to make our award winning barbecue sauce for our pulled pork sandwiches. Making delicious food with delicious beer is what we do.
