TapCloud captures how and what a patient is feeling day-to-day in an entirely new way, watching for symptoms that are clinically important, taking into account current diagnoses, medications, data from wearable tracking devices, and previous responses to ensure doctors get the best information and patients get the best possible care.

Our “word cloud” interface and daily patient plan is intuitive and customizable, mapped specifically for the condition or conditions a patient has. TapCloud then coaches patients though their care plan in just minutes a day and reports to their care teams. It can be used for monitoring in real-time -- alerting care teams when specific symptoms side effects are reported and with what frequency -- and as a care record in between hospital or office visits.
