Taproot | Lounge and Cafe |, n. is located in a 1860 historic building of downtown Salem, Oregon. The cafe's main focus is the juice bar featuring fresh vegetable and fruit juice. Taproot also offers a full breakfast menu, light healthy meals, tapas, desserts, as well as coffees and teas. At night the cafe will transition into a lounge with a focus on crafty cocktails and craft beer. Our goal is to support local farms, local businesses and provide another outlet for musicians and artists to perform and display talents.
