Tara Yoga

tAra Yoga is a small studio just 3 miles north of Philadelphia in the suburb of Abington, PA. We offer a variety of classes each week in a variety of styles to serve the needs of people ranging in ages from 3 to 93. Our classes range from Beginner Yoga to a powerful vinyasa flow and from Prenatal Yoga to Yoga for Kids. The word tAra translates to radiant in Sanskrit, the language of yoga. At tAra Yoga we strive to helps students become familiar with their bodies, push their boundaries and find their true radiance - physically, mentally and spiritually. We aim to make everyone who walks through our door feel welcome and comfortable with their abilities, no matter their experience or skill level. We are proud of our students and humble about our own role as teachers, remembering that we are all here to learn from each other.
