"Taste Of The Himalayas" our brand is a summary of where we are from and what we bring to the table. At Taste of the Himalayas, what we serve to you is a blend of Nepalese, Tibetan and Indian dishes, referred to as Himalayan cuisine. Our menu is a handpicked selection of the favourite dishes from Nepali, Tibetan and Indian cuisines. We incorporate our traditional dishes with the locally grown seasonal produce, free-range meats and wild fishes, giving our cuisine a whole new dimension. Its "an authentic, yet modern Himalayan cuisine" as our Chef/Owner Pemba T. Sherpa calls it.
