Tori, now 16 years old, has been baking since she was old enough to pull up a chair to the kitchen counter to stand on. Her skill has since grown, and she often delights friends and family with her expanding repertoire of pastries, breads, cheesecakes, decorated cakes, pies, cookies, and more. She uses ingredients that are the finest and freshest. If an occasion calls for a celebratory dessert or baked good, you can feel that you are purchasing the best available. The freshest cream, Jersey milk, the best flour, fresh eggs (from hens on our own farm), real butter, and the most healthful coconut oil (vs. shortening). It is quality you can taste.
