Tasty Bakez

Have you ever just sat back and realized the same routine you do day in and day out just might not be what you really want for the rest of your life? Well that's what happened to us. Ashley and myself decided to start our own bakery business "Tasty Bakez". We both had our own personal reasons on why we wanted to make the change. Ashley went from a full time student for engineering to part time to eventually having to take a break because you cant support yourself on a part time job and go to school. I worked in the busy medical center. I loved the hustle and bustle but now after having my first child. I can't imagine working those 10-14 hours a day 6 days a week. I want to make my own schedule so i can be the one to tell my husband about our daughter's milestones and not a sitter telling us both. We want to enjoy what we do so it don't feel like we're just working for a paycheck. Tasty Bakez is slowly but surely coming together. we have to still keep our part time jobs until we have steady business and all the equipment we need. Our goal is to have a shop or food truck within the next 2-3 years. Until then we're going to keep doing our made to order gift arrangements, catering parties.
