Tavo Total Health

Tavo Total Health specializes in the John F. Barnes' Approach to Myofascial Release (MFR), which is a form of manual therapy used to release myofascial restrictions in the body that are often the underlying cause of acute and chronic pain.

Our therapists are highly trained physical, occupational, and massage therapists who utilize the John F. Barnes' Approach to MFR as the primary method to treat their patients. They have completed most if not all of the John F. Barnes' curriculum, and continue to attend trainings on an annual basis.
