Our Personal Training program is not a cookie cutter program. Since everybody has different goals, and nobody is the same, we customize and modify workouts to fit your needs and goals. We use a functional way of training, there are no machines in our studio so we are forced to use body weight, Kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, cardio and many other items to get you to your goal.
