Te-Alah Wellness Center

The Te-Alah wellness center was established in 1987 by Anna Turner. The word Te-Alah is Hebrew from the book of Jeremiah in the old testament and it means, (a well spring of healing, a continuous outpouring). This is what we want for those who come to the Te-Alah wellness center. We are a Christian based business and believe that God has created our bodies to heal from the inside out. The laying on of hands and manipulation of muscle tissue, tendons and ligaments encourages the healing process. Massage is an excellent way to restore and bring balance to our bodies. Our daily lives provide us with injury, trauma, illness and stress. Our focus is to bring healing, restoration and balance to your body.
We currently have five therapist, and all are licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board. Each therapist is trained in Neuromuscular therapy and myofascial realeae. Some therapist are also trained in crainiosacral therapy, heal and touch, infant massage, Belavi therapeutic facial massage, prenatal massage and reflexology.
Massage therapy is a natural way to bring healing to your body. We feel privileged to be able to do this work in Sardinia.
