Steve Hiatt - Principal Broker, Team Lead, Buyer’s Specialist, Listing Broker

Steve Hiatt has a track record of success in marketing & selling high ticket items. For the past 7 years, Steve has been one of the top agents in Pierce County, Washington State & around the country by successfully selling more homes in one year than the average agent does in 10 years. He’s also been married to his high school sweetheart for 21 years, has 4 kids, helps coach youth sports & is involved in community activities that help serve those in need.

Allbree Warner – Broker, Licensed Executive Admin

Allbree Warner has been an Executive Admin for over 10 years. Her love for Real Estate began with her first job as a front office receptionist at Gateway Real Estate; where she met Steve Hiatt. From here she grew into a listing specialist, a marketing guru, & a skillful admin. She loves the variety of people and opportunities that real estate offers and finds excitement in helping buyers/sellers fulfill their dreams. Outside the office, Allbree enjoys spending her time with her young son & their dog.

Jenifer Hill comes to Team Hiatt with a 22 year background in finance and professional negotiation, along with an extensive knowledge in all aspects of sales. Her distinct attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with her clients and colleagues has been a significant part of her career success. She is committed to making each home buying experience personal, unique and tailored to any of her Client’s needs.
