Team Youshock Martial Arts & Lucha MMA

Ages 3 and up. Currently, we offer classes 5 days a week, Monday-Friday. Youth curriculum is taught by Master Instructor, Mary Youshock.
Mary is a fifth degree black belt in Taekwondo, fourth degree in Chinese Kenpo and she holds a Black Sash in Kickboxing in which she remains undefeated.
Adult classes taught by Teddy Concepcion. His background includes wrestling (National Team 1992, Boxing(National team for Puerto Rico 1988), and Strength and Conditioning. Wrestling coach for over 30 years, Boxing coach for over 25 years, MMA coach for over 15 years, and 3x Tough Man Contest finalist.
Trampolinist and Trampwaller Sage Vito will be assisting in Tricking and Tumbling classes. Sage has been to numerous Red Bull throw downs placing nationally as well as being featured in a Jabbawockeez video for Las Vegas Entertainment.
