So what is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?
Simply put, a health coach supports individuals and groups of people in making nutritional & lifestyle changes to improve their health - sort of like a personal trainer does for physical fitness.

When you choose to work with a health coach, you get the support and resources to set and achieve your personal health and wellness goals.

Perhaps hitting that weight standard you've set your sights on seems out of reach, would like to find healthier ways of cooking or shopping, or just need a little help getting started on the right track. Maybe your needs don't relate to food, but something is missing in the realm of finances, relationships, or home/work balance.
Whatever your needs, my goal is to assist you in gaining that sense of balance in everything related to your health and wellness.
