Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services

All of our services are FREE! We provide healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting education so that pregnant young women, and young families, can be as healthy as possible and deliver a healthy newborn.

Throughout our series of classes teens learn about nutrition and exercise, preventing preterm labor, relaxation and breathing, and the labor & delivery process. They learn about postpartum care, breastfeeding, healthy relationships, caring for a newborn, and infant CPR and First Aid. The also learn about essential family planning and birth control options in order to prevent a second, unplanned teen pregnancy!
