As a Tehachapi resident the past 44 years (where the Union Pacific Railroad still goes through the middle of town at noon) I've served the legal community 47 years and Tehachapi Tehachapi Court Services the past 25 years and taught Law (as one of the founders of the American Bar Association Approved Paralegal Studies Program at West Los Angeles College) for 30 years. Indeed it takes a pioneer Spirit to have that kind of staying power!
