Temple Art Lofts

Temple Art Lofts is a historic preservation and rehabilitiation of the 1917 building in downtown Vallejo that has housed a Masonic Temple, a bank and many years ago the City Hall. It is being transformed in to beautiful, unique, low income artist lofts and studios. The project will also offer a performance hall and commercial arts related tenants on the ground floor. The units have vaulted ceilings, large original windows, a laundry facility on-site, a secure building with an elevator, and restricted low and very low rents.
