Tenaciously Teal

After Tenaciously Teal's founder, Tarah Warren, was diagnosed with Stage IV Ovarian Cancer, she had only begun to realize how much strength it would take to fight cancer. It was after the second surgery she underwent when she saw many struggling and fighting a devastating battle. As Tarah walked the hospital halls to recover, she noticed patients who lacked support.
During several aggressive rounds of chemotherapy Tarah looked for a way to be an extension of hope, and meet the needs of other fighters around her. She started simply with making Care Packs with items she was finding beneficial during her chemotherapy treatment to those around her, and now T Teal distributes Cancer Care Packs in a growing number of chemo infusion rooms.

T Teal aspires to implement more ways to help Cancer patients who are facing troubling times, and throughout all stages of Cancer treatment including; diagnosis, surgery, hair loss, chemotherapy, continued treatment, and grief. Our hope is acts of kindness carried out in the midst of troubling times will help patients and families realize they are not alone and there are people who love and care about them and their fight!
