Mind Body Evolution Fitness

It's no secret that I am passionate about things like organic food, natural healing modalities, ancient knowledge, spirituality and sustainable living. Bringing hope and information through my experience. This is not an activist page, political or religious. I am putting intention out in to the universe to manifest my desired reality to work in a field that helps people be more connected to the healing of their bodies and minds. I believe in oneness. We are not parts. Our bodies contain an entire world of chemistry and relationships that make up it's own ecosystem. And that ecosystem is impacted by our outside environment as well. I try to keep the perspective as narrow as the smallest living bacteria and as broad as the known universe and think in terms of the relationships that all things hold to each other. I am stepping out of my comfort zone with this page but feeling hopeful and inspired.

Update! Amazing things have come from this page and partnering with Shakeology and Beachbody! I have moved out of struggling with my health and into fitness and will be a certified fitness professional this month!
