Ken Lin has been in the restaurant industries for years. He has accomplished and successfully open multiple Japanese restaurants. His first project was at Appare Japanese Sushi & Steakhouse in Urbandale, Iowa. Appare serve sushi, teriyaki, tempura, and Hibachi or teppanyaki (table side cooking where the chef entertains and cooks the order in front of the group). His second project is called Haiku Sushi & Grill by Drake University. Haiku is Asian fusion, where the mix of Chinese, Thai and Japanese food are served. This current project, Teriyaki House Japanese Grill, Ken want to explore the realm of fast food and developed a concept where fast food is healthy, good and affordable. His philosophy is simple- Produce and deliver quality food with awesome taste, at a affordable price.
