The inside is upgraded to the latest standards including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and a large HD plasma TV with unlimited access to free movies (Netflix). The open designer kitchen cooks with natural gas, and both bathrooms are full marble with frame-less glass showers. The master bedroom features a king size bed, the other two rooms one queen size bed each. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the deck area through impact glass french doors, and the private island offers an ideal terrain to walk, bicycle or jog without any through traffic.
For the cooking enthusiast I'd like to mention again that the kitchen features a natural gas cook top and is well equipped to satisfy the most discriminating hobby cooks! An outside gas grill completes the package if steak or fresh caught fish is on the menu.
The city provides a free shuttle service from the island to restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area called "The Pelican Hopper"; no need to drive after enjoying some wine or beer over dinner; just make the call and the Hopper comes and picks you up to return you safely back home. Our houses are sometimes used by the out of town owners from time to time and they keeps personal cars plus other personal gear in the garage. If a garage is important to you please ask and we see if we can make other arrangements , otherwise please understand that the garage can not be used and your cars would have to be parked in the driveway.
