Terrace at MidTowne

The Terrace at MidTowne is a 92-unit, rental community for seniors (age 62+) at 991 Abigail in Midlothian and will be available for occupancy in the spring of 2013. The Terrace includes 66 1 bedroom/1 bath apartments and 26 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments, with a variety of floor plans from which to choose. Fifty two of the units will be located in a two-story elevator building that also includes a variety of community spaces and leasing offices. The remaining 40 units are single-story cottage-style units with carports. Beautifully landscaped grounds will include an outdoor area with covered seating and a water feature.

The Terrace at MidTowne will serve a mixed-income clientele; 80 of the units will have rents that are structured to be affordable to persons with incomes at or below 60% of Area Median Income for Ellis County (currently ranging from $14,000 for a single individual to $34,000 for a couple). Twelve units will be market-rate units.
