Terri Welborn and Ashley Erb are a dynamic duo mother/daughter team selling real estate in and around the Billings Montana area.

Terri has been in the Real Estate industry for 14+ years and took Ashley on board in 2015. Initially, the idea was to help her daughter get trained into the industry and then go separate ways...however, they quickly realized they could play off each other's strengths and weaknesses to create a total package experience which is a benefit to all clients.

Terri and Ashley have a business philosophy of working by referral. More than 85% of their business is word of mouth and repeat clients/referrals and because of this they aren't out door knocking, sending out spam email and hanging on to every lead they get.
