Guided by our head designer and carver, Bob Ragan, our artisans carve in the traditional, classical European manner. Ragan has spent a lifetime studying and perfecting his craft. By teaching his apprentices not only the skills and expertise needed to carve beautifully, but also an appreciation for classical concepts of balance and aesthetics, Ragan has insured the creation of a guild of carvers able to create works of exquisite beauty.

Each commission is taken from concept to design, through drafting and finally to carving, with meticulous attention to detail. The finished product, whether a simple entry surround or an exquisitely carved mantle, reflects this care.
