More about Texas Community Clean Power

I am a retired US Army officer with over 30 years of service who is transitioning into the energy industry and have started Texas Community Clean Power (TxCCP). Realizing the prolonged pullback of the oil and gas sector, I have sought additional opportunities to reduce overhead by installing solar panels to provide power to a lease struggling to break even with the current price of oil. The synergy between old energy and new energy was immediately realized. As the benefits of the new energy paradigm have come into focus, it is increasingly apparent the larger opportunity might just be in renewable energy.
TxCCP seeks to become a retail electric provider focused on clean power alternatives and lower cost electricity to it’s customers. Initially, TxCCP will own clean power equipment and lease it to nearby business and individual consumers of electricity. Through this revenue, additional infrastructure will be acquired and growth will occur. At the point growth allows economic viability for transition, we will convert the equipment leases into a consolidated community clean power facility.
Initial acquisition of clean energy equiment and start-up costs to break into this industry are beyond my means. So, crowd funding helps a "little guy" like me jump start this business and become economically viable. Thank you very much for helping me to change how people get and benefit from cleaner and cheaper electricity!
Crowd Funding Use of Funds:
This plan outlines the initial use of funds raised by crowd funding:
o Legal expenses to ensure regulatory compliance and establish lease documents
o Equipment acquisition
-Solar panels
-Clean burning natural gas micro turbine(s)
-Battery storage capability
o Facility construction, easements, and infrastructure
o Company start up expenses, employees, and technicians
Donations to this effort are gifts and token crowd funding for the purpose of raising non-equity capital. There are no promises by any officer or owner nor should there be an expectation of any financial return, equity, or security in exchange for a donation. Thank you for your donation with the understanding renewable energy projects like this is good for the community and our planet.
