Off Road Vehicle (One Driver) - $20.00 A Day
All Other Visitors - $10.00 A Day/Per Person

IMPORTANT:
ALL participants entering the TEXAS FLAT OFF ROAD will be required to sign the TEXAS FLAT OFF ROAD RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT in front of a staff member. A valid ID (preferably a driver's license) will also be required.
Minors (Any person under the age of 18 is considered a minor.)

ALL MINORS NOT COMING WITH A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST HAVE A NOTARIZED WAIVER FORM BEFORE THEY CAN ENTER!
Minors who arrive unaccompanied by parent(s) or legal guardian, and without the form, notarized, WILL BE TURNED AWAY!

-Texas Flat Off Road RULES:
-All visitors, riders, and non-riders must sign in at the CHECK IN -CENTER.
-All visitors, riders and non-riders, must sign a copy of the Waiver Agreement.
-All riders, under the age of 18, must have the WAIVER notarized and have it signed by a parent or guardian.
-No illegal drugs allowed on the premises.
-No firearms or weapons of any kind will be allowed on the Premises.
-Everyone rides at their own risk. Know your limitations and do not exceed the capabilities of your vehicle.
-No glass containers.
-Obscene, indecent and profane acts and language are prohibited!
-Do not litter!
-There will be NO toleration for fighting. Any violation of this rule will result in fines, being banned from the property, and being arrested.
-All riders and visitors assume the responsibility of damaged, lost, or stolen personal property.
-Adults must monitor minor children.
-Picnicking allowed in designated areas only.
-Travel at minimum speed in parking areas and main roadways.
-Please be respectful of other drivers and employees, on and off trails.
-No junting!
-No pets/animals!
-Do not destroy trees, shrubs, or plants.
-Please do not remove or tamper with nature's creatures or their habitat.

*FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES CAN RESULT IN EJECTION FROM THE PARK AND POSSIBLY BANNED FROM FUTURE VISITS!

Consists of 328 acres in Hancock County off Texas Flat approximately 1 1/2 miles west of Highway 603 in the Kiln Community. The park is located on the Jourdan River. The park facilities include: Park store, 70 RV campsites with water and electricity, bathhouses, primitive camping, large group pavilion, picnic pavilion, picnic tables and grills, playground, nature trail, two boat ramps, fishing piers, and comfort stations. McLeod Water Park is operated and maintained by the Hancock County Park Commission.

WE ARE LOCATED IN SOUTH MISSISSIPPI, JUST NORTH OF BAY ST. LOUIS, ONLY 6 MINUTES FROM INTERSTATE 10 ! TRAVELING ON I-10 TAKE EXIT 13 NORTH (HWY 603) 2 MILES. TURN LEFT ON TEXAS FLAT ROAD AND TRAVEL 2 MILES WEST, JUST PAST McLEOD PARK !
