Texas MedClinic - IH 35 N / Loop 1604 Location

Our Forum clinic is located in the Forum Shopping center. This location serves the Selma/Schertz area and is easy to locate from the access road of IH 35 North. This clinic also has the capabilities to offer CT Scans. In addition, this clinic is open 24 hours a day for the convenience of our patients. During the hours of 11pm - 8am, we will provide urgent care services, treatment for work related injuries, drug testing and breath alcohol testing for post accident and reasonable suspicion. A physician will always be on duty, 24 hours a day.
