Texas Storm Kenpo Karate

Our mission is to share personal defense techniques while teaching and enhancing life skills in order to help students reach their maximum potential on and off the mats.

We teach young children, teens, adults and seniors how to protect themselves and others from violence using karate.

We offer KenpoFit (cardio/fitness) classes several days a week.

At Texas Storm Kenpo we offer three distinct programs in Ed Parker's American Kenpo. Our traditional kids classes teach more than just self-defense. We include life skills training necessary to succeed in school and in life. We offer bully busting seminars and classes in stranger awareness.

For adults we offer a full Kenpo curriculum as well as a Combat Kenpo course (a 10 week crash course in self defense).

Special seminars for assault against women. This is a hands on program teaching women to be aware and protect themselves from violence.
