The 224

"The 224" can serve as your home away from home for off-site business meetings, community events and seminars. It is your gathering place in the community. It’s a hub of activity hosting many seminars, trainings and classes, offering hospitality and free parking for all our guests.

Collaboration Centre
Description: Large and flexible multi-use meeting space with attached partial kitchen. This space is ideal for off-site business meetings, community events, conferences, seminars, workshops, retreats and banquets of 25-150 people (105 people banquet style) and is available in a number of arrangements (theater, classroom, banquet, etc.).

Studios
Description: Dance, fitness and yoga studios equipped with matted floors and dance railing. These spaces can accomodate up to 50 people.

Living Well Centre
Description:The LivingWell Centre is also available for public use. It holds up to 75 people, and can be used for theater, dance and musical performances as well as small business meetings, seminars and retreats.

Innovation Room
Description: A business like atmosphere which has the possibilities to be set up in conference room style or class room setting for up to 20 people. A Bright-White Wall for visual presentations is part of this spaces decor.

Library
Description: A smaller more intimate space set up with a large Conference table seating for 12 or less people.
