The Albion Apartments at 1300 Buchta Road in Angleton is made up of 16 buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 500 square feet to more than 1,040 square feet.
After the completion of an extensive renovation of The Albion Apartments property in January, resident retention and talent management remain a top priority for Moneil Property Management as economic conditions improve and competition for high performers increase.
Since acquiring the property in 2011, Manager Evelia Sheldon, and assistant manager Danielle Bennett, and their professional maintenance team have been working hard at The Albion Apartments.
Improvements have included replacing roofs, plumbing and balconies. The property also went through a complete exterior painting and the office was remodeled with a dedicated business center for residents and newly upgraded laundry facilities.
The Albion Apartments, located at 1300 Buchta Road in Angleton, are just walking distance from Angleton Danbury Hospital, Angleton School and a Metro bus stop. This great location is also just minutes away from Highway 288 and the Brazoria County Court House.
“The community is very neighborhood-oriented and most residents work nearby,” Sheldon said.

Through the renovation process, interiors have received new plumbing, two-tone paint, new appliances, upgraded fixtures, resurfacing for the counters, downstairs unit homes with ceramic floor tile, upstairs units with faux wood plank flooring and new carpet. About 70 percent of the air conditioners were replaced with high efficiency R-410A units.
“We have a whole new clientele,” Sheldon said. “The property has reached 95 percent occupancy and continues moving forward to better serve our residents.”
