The Ark Child Care Center

We are a non-profit child care center located at the Edenton United Methodist Church directly beside the Vidant Chowan Hospital and also across the street from Burger King.

Our goals are as follows:
*To help each child realize that he/she is a Child of God and is valued for their own unique characteristics.
*To enhance each child's development in every area.
*To encourage children to express themselves
*To encourage each child to be an explorer through asking questions and by getting hands-on.
*To encourage each child to interact with adults and children alike.
*TO FEEL SUCCESSFUL!!!

We have 4 different classrooms here and they are:
-Infants (starting at 6wks of age-18 months) - $130.00 a wk./$30.00 a day
- Toddlers (18mo. - 3yrs.) - $125.00 a wk./$25.00 a day
- Preschoolers (3yrs. & 4yrs.) - $120.00 a wk./$25.00 a day
- After School (5yrs. - 11yrs.) - $50.00 a wk./$15.00 a day.
Our hours of operation are from 7:00am-6:00pm.

We currently have openings for Infants, Preschool, and After School care.
