The Attic Fanatic

Some call it a sickness, some an obsession and yes, they may be right. I call it my passion. A passion for taking others unwanted junk or well-loved pieces and giving them a second chance and a new home. My work includes yard sale finds, auction bargains and yes, side of the road treasures (my favorites, of course).This is the idea behind The Attic Fanatic.

While on vacation from my corporate gig, I've had time to put together this page to... I'll say it, "show off" some of my latest creations. Nothing fancy here; just a mom, wife and professional traveler's hobby gone wild. A hobby that is taking over my weekends, half of my weekly sleep and literally, my garage. But, I do it because I love it. It relaxes my racing mind and keeps the creative juices flowing. My little guy has even gotten into the chaos of painting and sanding furniture which gives us another task to do together.

Take a few minutes to check out my before and after pics. Get inspired because although you may all say, I don't have time to repaint that desk, dresser, chair, sideboard, vanity, I'll give it away! You do, and it's not as hard as you think. But, if you do decide to toss it, give me a call ;)
