The Back Hall Bench for ALS ONE

ALS ONE is an unprecedented partnership of world-leading ALS researchers and care providers in the Boston area who have come together after one brave man who was diagnosed with ALS, challenged them to think differently about their approach to ALS.

Instead of working in silos and repeating many of the same successes and mistakes, they are now sharing a science plan and have committed to A TREATMENT OR CURE FOR ALS BY 2020, WHILE IMPROVING THE CARE FOR THOSE BATTLING ALS NOW.

My good friend, Kevin Gosnell, in his dying days from ALS, started this incredible organization and this is my way of supporting his mission of making the world a better place...one without ALS.

We lost Kevin in August of 2016, just 15 months after his diagnosis, but we now battle for him, carrying the torch, doing our part to help fund the partnership that he so courageously put in place.

I hope you will support my efforts by donating your gently used furniture, jewelry, and home accessories to The Back Hall Bench. I will then sell the items and 100% of the proceeds after operating costs will go directly to ALS ONE (www.alsone.org).

Every 90 minutes someone gets diagnosed with and someone else passes away from ALS. It is a brutal disease that has no treatment or cure and takes lives cruelly within 2-5 years after the onset of symptoms.
