Rockaway beach offers full panoramic views of the Seattle glimmering skyline, Puget Sound and the Cascade Mountains. Situated on its own private, natural beach in a protected cove, this home offers the full vacation package for the romantic getaway or small family get together.

On the lower floor is the roomy master suite featuring a king bed and a library with a new en-suite bath, a brand new family room featuring a big screen TV , dreamy couch and an electric fireplace for those chilly Pacific Northwest nights as well as a redone half bath and laundry room.

Upstairs is the brand new kitchen, featuring a fisher and paykell dishwasher, all stainless steel appliances , a living room with a big screen TV, a nice dining room which can easily accommodate 6-8 , a pantry, and the guest room featuring a queen bed with its own re-done full bath . The entire house offers huge picture windows showcasing the never ending views of Puget Sound and the Emerald City.

A large view deck offers our guests a comfortable place to gather upstairs while lounging on the custom patio furniture. On the ground floor beach life abounds. The house comes equipped with a stainless steel BBQ, patio heaters, Adirondack chairs, an outside casual dining table, a small pizza oven as well as a real wood burning fire pit. A newly installed four person hot tub with breath taking views of Seattle complete the picture. For the tide pool enthusiasts the beach is merely a few steps down the flagstone path and at low tide offers a very broad beach to roam on.

This charming home sleeps 4 comfortably and does have a front gate auto inflatable queen guest bed if needed for additional children
