The Bar is more than just a gym. We are a place to start your fitness journey. We offer individualized fitness training in a group setting. We have runners, weight lifters, moms, dads, highly motivated, and brand new beginners. You get an individual fitness and goal assessment, and a plan to get you to where you want to be.
