The Barn House:
An solar-heated, air-conditioned 976 sq-ft barn loft. The Barn blends a perfect balance of rural Appalachian mountain scenery and living yet offers amenities often found in luxury homes and hotels. Radiant-heated floors, wood burning fire place, genuine goose down comforter and pillows, along with soft Egyptian high-thread count cotton sheets. Complementary organic, Fair-Trade coffee locally roasted right here in Asheville greets you each morning. Enjoy your favorite DirectTV satellite programing on our 55” Hi-Def LCD TV. Other features include XBOX 360, two bikes, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes and table tennis. Fresh paint, new kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity.

The Property:
Almost 4 acres of mountainside with Slick Rock Creek running just steps from the front door. For the adventurous type, Slick Rock Creek offers several sections to slide down the smooth granite faces and into one of the several “pools” located along the creek. Take time to relax in a creek-side hammock or roast a winnie in a nearby fire pit.

The Ideal Location:
Minutes to Chimney Rock Village, Lake Lure Beach and Waterpark and Hickory Nut Gorge. 10 min to Hendersonville. 20 min to Biltmore Estate and Village. 30 min to Asheville.
