The blackout dates listed are for the dates reserved. prices are as follows: Nightly rental rates are $75.00 a night for up to 6 people, more than 6 or for a party the going rate is $150.00 per night, weekend rate is $15.00 for up to 6 people, 6 people or a party for the weekend rate is $325.00. Weekend stays start Friday at 11:00 a.m.-Sunday at 11:00 a.m. regular nightly stays are the same, day of stay 11:00 a.m.-following day at 11:00 a.m.
