The Barrens Winery

We are a unique winery offering a line of wines from red, blush, white, dry to sweet, Blackberry and wineritas. We offer domestic and locally created craft beers. Our kitchen has a full menu from sandwiches to entrees. We have live music every Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Come out and visit us , do a wine tasting, sit out on our huge wrap around porch with gazabos where there is always a breeze. There is parking for cars, buses and trailer trucks. We have a wood fired brick pizza oven. Inside our winery there are 3 balconies. They are available to rent for your bridal shower, birthday party, retirement celebration, anniversary, baby showers, soroeity gatherings, Christmas Parties, most anything you want to celebrate. We host a Ladies Night event two times per year where different vendors come in and display their offerings. Every October we have a Grape Stomp. Every September we host a Backstoppers Event.
There are Gift Certificates available. We are part of The Mississippi River Hills Wine Trail. This wine trail holds 4 different event in a year. They are A taste of the Holidays, A Taste of Chocolate, A Taste of Summer and August is the Customer Appreciation month.
The Barrens Winery is family owned and operated. Pete & Julie Huber, Doug & Karen Zoellner and Larry & Kathy Huber, we welcome each of our customers and try to give you a personal touch that is hard to find anywhere else. I have heard so many people say " I had a real nice time here, can't wait to come back". Or, "man that was fun", let's do this again".
