Named after a paddlewheel steamer that navigated the Apalachicola River in the later 1800’s, The Bay Queen is a two bedroom, two bath vacation getaway in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Apalachicola.

Located on the second floor of the High Cotton Marketplace, you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of one of the few remaining working waterfronts on the Gulf Coast from your private, semi-covered veranda. Built in 2005, the High Cotton Marketplace is a mixed-use development of retail and residential units designed to fit in with the historic neighborhood.

Walk to top-rated restaurants, boutiques, parks and museums. The pristine beaches of St. George Island are 15 minutes away by car. Local fishing charters and boat trip excursions are a great way to experience the river and bay.

Decorated in a unique blend of contemporary and coastal cottage furnishings with an emphasis on comfort, featuring hand-picked, one-of-a-kind artwork.
