Textiles, design and sewing have been a passion of mine ever since the age of 8. As early as the age of 6 months, I was raised on and find my comfort zone on the beach and near the water. As a retired bridal gown and apparel designer in my peak career years, I enjoyed creating custom bridal wear for over 1,000 brides and countless wedding parties in my 24 years in the industry. As a Wisconsin native, retired from the bridal industry, I now travel south as a snowbird to Florida for the winter, while still operating a store front, known as THE BEACH HOUSE at 44th parallel in Appleton, WI in the summer months. My Etsy web store is an ideal web store to present my lines in both locations. My latest and current designs have a distinct feel of ‘latitude attitude’ and are guaranteed to make you feel at cottage home! At THE BEACH HOUSE, you will be embarked in the love for the sea! All of my items presented at THE BEACH HOUSE are handcrafted and professionally sewn paying special attention to fabric selections, quality workmanship and design details.
