WOD 2: Shuttle Run and Clean Complex (Hang Clean + Clean)

WOD 3: Deadlift Speed Ladder
Athletes will have one minute to run through the ladder as fast as possible.

WOD 4: 5-4-3-2-1 Front Squats and Shoulder to Overhead #205/145 (This one's a repeat from last year!)
WOD 5:
RX: 1/2 Mile Run + 50 Toes To Bar
Scaled: ½ Mile Run +50 Sit-Ups
WOD 6 TBA for the top 5 finishers

As a team, athletes complete 42-30-18 of Chest-To-Bar Pull-ups, Box Jump Overs (24 inch for men, 20 for ladies), and Double Unders (2 is 1 for these, so reps are 84, 60, 36).
Scaled:
As a team, athletes complete 42-30-18 of Pull-ups, Box Jump Overs (24 inch for men, 20 for ladies), and Single Unders (2 is 1 for these, so reps are 84, 60, 36).
WOD 2:
RX
The Team completes 20 Toes to Bar, 12 Power Cleans,15 Toes to Bar, 8 P Cleans, 10 Toes to Bar, 4 Power Cleans.
Reps are synchro.
Weights are 185/155
Scaled:
The Team completes 20 Sit-Ups, 12 Power Cleans, 15 Sit-Ups, 8 P. Cleans, 10 Sit-Ups, and 4 P. Cleans.
Reps are synchro.

WOD 3: Deadlift Speed Ladder
Each athlete must attempt the following in one minute:

RX: The team completes 10-8-6-4-2 of Front Squats and Shoulder to Overhead at 205/145. They will have two bars.
Scaled: Same workout, weights are 145/105
WOD 5: 1 Mile Run. Partner 1 runs the first 400, Partner 2 runs the second 400, Partner 1 runs the third 400, Partner 2 runs the final 400
WOD 6: TBA for the top 5 finishers
