The Big Bib BBQ

The Big Bib’s BBQ is slow cooked the way that real barbecue should be cooked using aged oak and mesquite wood complemented with a special blend of herbs and spices which makes up the Big Bib special rub. We don't take any shortcuts, and you can definitely taste the difference. Side dishes are available upon request.
