Previously Chaplin's, the restaurant has been newly renovated and is now Chaplin's & Friends Bistro. Serving progressive international cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local seafood, Chef David Bureau brings an upscale and exciting flare to multicultural cuisine, combining New England regional, European, and South American influences to complete his food artistry.
Whenever possible he will source fresh native seafood and produce from local farms
and fisherman helping to sustain their industries and assuring our guests of the best ingredients.
