The blue is located on the 27th floor of the tower at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, where we serve New American food and drink.

Executive Chef Christie Tenaud creates dishes both sophisticated and contemporary, along with a few spins on the classics. The menu changes with the season, depending on the freshest local and current offerings.

Our Maine lobster arrives daily, fresh from its source. Don't miss our unforgettable claw bar, serving the most succulent seafood that the ocean has to offer, including lobster claws, U-12 shrimp, stone crab, Pacific and Atlantic oysters, and king crab legs.

Our bar & lounge offers the perfect sunset view during Cocktail Hour Monday-Friday 5-7pm where we serve $7 cocktails, $2 oysters and decadent bar bites.
