"The Bluebird, located on West Main Street in downtown Stanford, is geared toward southern cooking. In order to accommodate local farmers, the menu will change throughout the year depending on what is being produced. The café will serve breakfast and lunch, with the option of hosting private evening parties and catering.
Executive Chef Bill Hawkins said “We will expand as we go if there is a demand.” Chef Hawkins and the Correll’s, a local family that owns several downtown businesses, have entered into a partnership, with Hawkins serving as more of an operational role in the business.
