The Body Practice

The Body Practice was created in 2007 and was launched into class format in early 2008 in Spokane, WA. From the inception, the Body Practice is a fusion system of movement from all disciplines. Marrying movement together draws forth both psychological and physical adaptability. Being driven with a yogic philosophy of awareness, quality and intent- the Body Practice is not measured by the sheer output of those participating in practice...rather, the quality of the movements they're presented with.
