THE BOOTY BAR DANCE FITNESS provides a way to dance OFF the inches in a fun “follow along” Adult Cardio Hiphop class that combines street dance styles in a high energy non-intimidating club atmosphere that develops self confidence. This class is open for all levels.


We are driven by results, have a true passion for what we teach, and pride ourselves on offering the highest quality dance and fitness instruction while focusing on a fun, safe and non-competitive atmosphere! Our goal is to help every member reclaim the joy of their body in movement! Our classes have members flaunting, strutting, and completely embodying the booty-ful vixen inside while they pop, lock, and drop it!
