The Brakes Coffeehouse and Provisions was founded to motivate, empower, and equip people to achieve the rapid and dramatic reduction in their carbon footprints that will be necessary to stabilize the global climate. We offer sustainably produced vegan foods and other products, and serve as a community environmental resource. By leading the way we can demonstrate that a shift to a low-carbon lifestyle is possible through changing habits and making use of currently available technologies.
